We had just rowboated our way around a Central Park lake and we were starving! Luckily the boat service was right next to the “Boat House”, which I recognised from 27 Dresses. Despite being completely underdressed, we managed to get a table. The Boathouse was fairly reasonably priced for a restaurant that was filled with the NYC “Upper Class”. We are from Perth (Western Australia) so were quite accustomed to prices being about $25+. The food was absolutely amazing.
At the start, they serve you with your own choice of bread. As it was summer, the entrées were mainly fish dishes.
The deserts were also amazing!
Remember we are eating this whilst with a large view of the Central Park Lake!
